     Bimetallic screw is mainly processed by  PTA(plasma transferred Arc) automatic alloy spraying. It is mainly for precise requirement of screws.
Comparing to traditional manual alloy spraying,PTA can improve quantity production efficiency,also can improve anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion .

We choose top quality material. And all materials will be divided into different name by stickers.

   5. Laboratory has all kinds of testing equipment. Like rockwell hardness tester,coordinate measuring machining,bruker spectrometer and metallographic microscope.
