Application: Injection molding machine.
Injection material:amorphous polycarbonate(PC).
PC characteristic: Commonly it can be with color powder or without. Fusing point:220-230ºC.Drying temperature:100-120ºC. Drying time: 4H;poor liquidity;Thermal stability is good. Forming temperature:260-310ºC. PC is widely used on optical;vicel light;glass;drinking bucket and copmuter spare parts and so on.
We recommend PC screw with two material. Economical material is JIS(SCM440)=USD(4110)=Germany(1.7225).
Processing draf(mainly):1.adjust the quality's hardness up to HB250-280. 2: electroplating after quenching(>=3mm;45-50HRC);Polishing;electroplating thickness>=0.05mm;hardness >=850HV. More important thing: Don't quench the connecting thread and end face.
