     Bimetallic screw is mainly processed by  PTA(plasma transferred Arc) automatic alloy spraying. It is mainly for precise requirement of screws.
Comparing to traditional manual alloy spraying,PTA can improve quantity production efficiency,also can improve anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion .

We choose top quality material. And all materials will be divided into different name by stickers.

   2. Nitriding workshop with 5 ovens. We can nitride the raw material with more than 50 Tons totally one time by computer control system.
   3. Centrifugal casting workshop. We imported centrifugal casting equipment, which can produce various Fe-based,Ni-based&Co-based bimetallic barrels as per requirement.
   4. PTA bimetallic spraying workshop which not only can improve the effiency & bimetallic precision, but also can improve the anti-abration and anti-crossion of producs.
   5. Laboratory has all kinds of testing equipment. Like rockwell hardness tester,coordinate measuring machining,bruker spectrometer and metallographic microscope.
   6. Plating work shop can plate customized type,like chromium,TiN,CrN,AlTiN and tungsten carbide.
2. Around 350 experienced workers in every manufacturing procedure.
3. More than 6 engineers who can support us drawing,designing and technology.
